New year, stronger you was created to fit your schedule so that you can get stronger on your own time. You can complete this as a three or four day plan. Pick your favorite days, mix and match, or hit them all – you can’t go wrong with either one.
The most important thing is having a plan and sticking to it. You will see the best results with consistency both in and out of the gym. So, be sure to track your progress each week! Now let’s get to the good stuff:
