

I’m a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist, personal trainer, women’s health coach with a passion for helping women heal their relationship with their bodies.
But I didn’t always live this way.
In 2017, fitness saved my life.
I was navigating the weight of depression, self-doubt, and unresolved trauma. I didn’t like who I saw in the mirror and I knew I couldn’t keep living like that.
That’s when I found fitness.
Lifting gave me my power back. It reminded me of who I was and gave me the strength (mentally and physically) to rebuild.
I’ve always loved science and the human body (I actually planned to become a gynecologist!). But after earning my B.S. in Biology and taking a gap year between degrees, I realized that I didn’t want to treat people after they broke down — I wanted to help them before that point. I wanted to help women heal forward.
So I went back to school, earned my M.S. in Kinesiology, and became a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Today, I combine my love for evidence-based wellness with my lived experience to coach women in a way that’s grounded, empowering, and completely personalized.
I don’t believe in quick fixes, toxic positivity, or one-size-fits-all programs.
What I do believe in is education, consistency, compassion, and coaching that actually meets you where you are.
Surrender Wellness is about creating real, lasting change — mentally, emotionally, and physically — so you can stop starting over and start showing up for yourself in a way that feels good and sustainable.
